One drop of water.

Have you ever considered that all of the water that is currently on planet Earth has always been here?  It's the same water the dinosaurs drank.  Rain drops that fall on your head fell on the heads of Neanderthals and Wooly Mammoths.

An endless pattern of recycling makes water the most interactive antique around.  When you look out over the ocean, it is possible that the same water has been in a stream, in a river, in a cloud, in a gin and tonic, or even rolling down your cheek.

Water doesn't judge, doesn't ask for a break.  It is relentless and infinite.  When I think about all of the water I have touched throughout my life and how many other people, animals, and plants have depended on that very same water for existence, I am humbled and sense the very real connection we all have by being a part of this unique planet.
